Because our services and products are often purchased specifically according to a customer’s requirements, refund and cancellation terms may vary by project, purchase order, or contract.

Refunds, returns, cancellations, or replacements are subject to the terms agreed upon in the applicable quotation, purchase order, contract, or sales agreement.

Any sourcing, procurement, consulting, or other service fees that have already been earned or incurred may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For government and public-sector transactions, refunds, credits, cancellations, and returns will be handled according to the applicable government contract, purchase order, solicitation requirements, and agreed terms.

If a refund is approved, we will communicate the applicable refund method and processing timeline. The timing may depend on the payment method, supplier, financial institution, or other parties involved in the transaction.
